Depending on your request, we assemble trailers:

Assembly Features of Trailers
The components of the trailer are manufactured using modern computer-controlled machines. High-strength materials are used. We carefully inspect the quality of purchased parts. We carry out some welding works necessary for the trailer assembly ourselves. We perform ultrasonic testing of the welds of the load-bearing elements to detect and eliminate hidden mechanical defects and un-welded areas.
The cargo platform of the trailer is made of sheet steel. Adjustable side supports are installed along the entire length of the platform, and anti-skid supports are installed at the front of the platform. This is necessary to prevent cargo displacement during emergency braking. We also install lashing loops for additional cargo securing.
We connect the power supply system, ABS, and pneumatic system, and mount the lighting devices. Sockets used to connect the trailer's electrical circuit to the tractor's circuit are placed on a separate panel on the front board. There are also connectors for the pneumatic system. This layout facilitates the operation of the trailer. The electrical wiring and pneumatic tubes passing under the trailer platform are securely fastened to the main line.
At the final stage of the trailer assembly, it undergoes careful inspection in the technical control department.
